I have spent the last two decades building and supporting teams of industry leading fitness professionals, first from my small hometown community then eventually for the disruptive lifestyle brand of Onnit.

It has been an amazing journey that has lead to me teaching thousands of coaches and fitness enthusiasts the benefits of holistic and unconventional fitness, not only to improve physical performance but also to unlock the potential and passionate pursuit of growth within us all.
